Sample Plan of Action

This is a complete sample for a made-up seller, "Northline Home Goods", whose account was deactivated under Section 3 after two "not authentic" complaints on one ASIN. The seller, the ASIN, the supplier and every number are invented. A real plan is written only from what you send us, in this same shape.

The shape Amazon's reviewers expect: (1) root cause, (2) corrective steps already taken, (3) preventive steps, then a list of the documents attached and what each one shows. Short. Specific. Dated. No apologies, no stock levels, no "please".

1. Root cause

Between 3 and 18 September 2026 we sold 24 units of ASIN B0XXXXXXXX (the "Northline 1.5 L glass kettle", brand Kettleworks) that had been bought as a liquidation lot of 85 units from a reseller, not from Kettleworks' authorised distributor. We did not ask the reseller for the brand's distribution paperwork before buying. Two buyers (orders 112-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX and 113-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX) reported the item as not authentic; both packages had a retail box that differed from the current Kettleworks packaging.

2. Corrective steps already taken

3. Preventive steps
