Before and after

Name the metric. Fix the cause.

Walmart's reviewer is reading for three things: a description of the violation, the steps you have taken to correct it, and the steps that stop it recurring. Walmart's guide says so in those words. Apologies and held payments are not on the list.

Before: what most sellers send

“Our account was suspended for cancellation rate but it was not our fault, our supplier let us down. We have been selling since 2019 with no issues. Please reinstate us as soon as possible, we have orders waiting and our payments are on hold.”

After: the plan of action

What went wrong

Between 2 and 14 June 2026 we cancelled 31 of 1,140 orders (2.7%, against the 2% standard). 27 were out-of-stock cancellations on three SKUs whose inventory feed was still counting a shipment our supplier had not delivered.

Corrective steps

On 15 June the three SKUs were set to zero and the feed was switched to count received stock only (warehouse photo and inventory export attached). Every open order was shipped by 17 June.

Preventive steps

Inventory syncs from the warehouse count every 4 hours, never from purchase orders; any SKU under 10 units is set to…

Sample: the seller, the SKUs and the numbers are made up. Every real plan is written only from what you send us.

How it works

Three steps. One day.

Tell us what happened

Ten minutes on the form: Walmart's notice, the metric or policy it names, what happened, what you have fixed, which invoices, warehouse photos and carrier records you hold.

We write the plan of action

Within 1 day: the violation described plainly, the corrective steps with dates, the preventive steps that match the cause, and a document list. Nothing invented.

You check it and submit

You read it, attach your own documents and submit it through Help in Seller Center yourself. You keep your login; we never ask for it.

$79

  • Violation, corrective and preventive steps, written from your facts and your Performance page

Questions

Will Walmart reinstate my account?

Nobody can promise that. Walmart decides, its own appeal guide says submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement, and anyone who guarantees it is guessing. What we change is the quality of the appeal: the violation named plainly, fixes with dates, prevention that matches the metric, and the right documents listed.

Which cases do you take?

Suspensions and suppressions for the Seller Performance Standards (cancellation rate, on-time delivery, valid tracking, late shipment, response rate, returns, item not received, negative feedback) and for policy reasons such as pricing, listing content, prohibited products or a business-information review. We do not take terminations (Walmart's guide says no appeal is granted), intellectual-property or counterfeit cases, or identity and bank verification; we say so instead of taking your money.

What if Walmart denies it?

Send us Walmart's reply. One rewrite is free, within 1 day, built around what the denial says is still missing.
